Shipping & Returns — Gnarly Shop
Everything in the Gnarly Shop is made on demand. Nothing sits in a warehouse collecting dust — your order gets made the moment you place it. Better for the planet, better for the art.
Production & Shipping
Production takes 2–5 business days. Shipping on top of that:
Netherlands / EU — 3–7 business days
Rest of the world — 5–14 business days
You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Changed your mind? 14 days to decide
You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind, no reason needed.
1. Email robingnarly@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll reply with the return address.
2. Send the item(s) back within 14 days after letting us know.
3. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
4. Return shipping costs are on you.
5. We refund the purchase price plus the original standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving your return, using your original payment method.
Original Artworks
Original paintings fall under the same 14-day rule. Pack the work exactly as it arrived and ship it insured; you are responsible for the work until it's back with us.
Damaged, Misprinted or Wrong?
That's on us. Email robingnarly@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, including shipping. No drama.
Wrong Address
Double-check your address at checkout. If an order comes back because of a wrong address, reshipping costs are on you.
